*The medical enrollment portal is for voluntary enrollment only. International Students do not need to enroll here as they are automatically enrolled in the SHIP plan. Please reach out to your campus specific International Office if you have questions.

Please note that dental enrollment in the Fall is annual only. If you are a new student for the Spring you will be able to enroll for Spring/Summer coverage.

Keep your health care information within arm’s reach with a digital ID card.

Your digital ID card is available on anthem.com or the Sydney Health mobile app when you register with your student ID on your plan effective date. Print a copy of your card anytime or show it to your doctor from your smartphone. Your digital ID card is always available when you need it.

After your plan effective date, you can call and request a hard copy of your ID card if needed.

With the Sydney Health app, you can access:
